Is this just AI?
A person writes and checks your documents. We may use software tools behind the scenes, including AI-assisted writing tools, but nothing goes out without a human reading it properly.
What if I don't have a CV?
That's fine. Tell us your jobs, dates, qualifications and what you're good at in the form. We'll build your CV from that.
When do the 24 hours start?
From when we have your payment and everything we need to write it. If something's missing, we'll ask, and the clock starts once you've replied.
What's a reusable cover letter?
It's written around your strengths and the kind of work you want, with the bits that change marked clearly, like [Employer name] and [Why this role]. Swap those in and it's ready for similar jobs. A very specialist application may still need extra tailoring.
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna or Link, all through Stripe's secure checkout. With Klarna you can split the £14.99 into smaller payments, subject to Klarna's approval.

What happens to my CV?
We only use it to write your documents and we don't sell it. We never ask for your passport, National Insurance number, date of birth or bank details. Our privacy notice explains how long we keep things.
